Johnson's Bad Start= Good Signs for the Yanks

Randy Johnson struggled all afternoon, going 6 innings, allowing 8 hits, 5 runs (1 unearned), walking 1 and fanning 4. The list of positive signs for NY is a long one, however:
--NY pulled out a come-from-behind win as their ace struggled
--Randy Johnson went 16-14 with a 2.60 ERA last year, receiving next to no run-support. The Yanks gave him 8 today...with that much cushion, he's going to be impossible to beat.
--4 guys NY needs to get going showed signs: Jason Giambi homered, his first since Sept. 21, 2004... Mo Rivera finally shut the door after blowing 2 saves this season...A-Rod, batting a paltry .176, had 3 hits and 1 RBI...and Bernie Williams had his first hit of the year in 13 ABs.
--and oh yeah, the Sox lost...to Toronto...by seven

The Yankees were facing BALTIMORE. Any decent bullpen would have been able to stop the Yankees and given Johnson his first of many losses for this season. BTW you have no chance of making a decent site here Jason if you are completely bias towards teams like the Yankees. The Sox have been without their manager during the Toronto series and the bench coach who has been filling the role for the past 3 games has made some absolutely retarded moves that even a fan like me would know not to make. In both the Red Sox loses in the Toronto series, they came from behind in the late innings with their nasty offense, (which has been struggling), and were able to tie it up. Then with awful pitching moves by the stupid stand in manager, we've blown it. No worries though. Good series coming up at Fenway with Wakefield and Schilling pitching against the Yankees. Good stuff.

TC comin up big again, this time he didnt realize it. The whole point i'm creating this site is to give some facts, maybe entertain, and give my own opinions. then (as was the case with your comment) have others give THEIR takes. soo i guess it worked, and my site was successful at least this time ;)
